Is North Carolina becoming a gulag? This is the same state in which a kindergartener was terrorized at school, her home-made lunch confiscated, and she was made to eat government chicken nuggets. There are many states on the east coast where freedom is dying, and the sheeple are asleep.

If this guy was not charging for site membership or getting payment from his readers, I’d think this was a case of free speech. Once he charges, then there is “commerce” that is regulated.
Sounds like this is another case of too many bureaucrats. The more enterprising of them, in competition with the others, are looking to boost their accomplishments so that they may get more of a step increase at their next performance review.

I would completely agree with the outrage about the government nannies trying to shut him down.
However, as big an issue to me is the report of how the paleo diet has changed his life to one of no insulin dependency. The testimonials of many others has shown incredible changes for the better in their health.
I know a number of people now in my own life who have taken up this primal “diet” and the results have been astounding!
It’s not like he came up with something new. It’s been known for decades that a low carb diet will help with diabetes. What, I need a license to tell someone to take someone an asprin if they have a headache?
Maybe he’s a nut, but there are lots of diet nuts out there. Nobody paid attention till when? Do old guard dieting organizations like Weight Watchers need this “nutrition license” or do they get grandfathered?
