Interesting information. It is sad to say, but I think it is prudent for the authorities to be thinking of these “worst case” scenarios and preparing for them. Release of a nuclear, chemical, or bio weapon would be made even worse if the folks affected were able to leave.
And if the feds are trying to prepare, we as individuals should prepare as well.
And I doubt it is the case, but we should also be prepared if they close the gates without an attack.
