Under what authority does a Sheriff have to indict a sitting POTUS?

If nothing else, if proven to be valid, it could be grounds for removing Obama from the ballot in Arizona.

That would be great, but it assumes that the others that would be involved to do so have the you know what to do it.

There seems to be a serious lack of "you know what" in this Countries "leaders"

I guess I’ve missed something. When did a sitting POTUS become above the law. They are citizans first. And if the law does not aply equally to all citizens then it does not aply to all and we have already lost our freedom.
