Sen Rand Paul(R KY) put a rider on the bill which allows private mail boxes to receive other than USPS mail and packages. When this gets to the House I hope that revision is kept in.

Probably won't make any difference. Still I won't let anyone but USPS put stuff in my box because I don't want Kain-Tuckians and BlackPanthers having an excuse to mess with my mail and steal my medications.
There are, I Suppose, people who don't care ~like Doufous Rand.
