He belongs in an old folks home..........I would say that there is a lot more wisdom in the minds of the average resident in an old folks' home.

Years ago, I once attended an industry “Q&A” breakfast meeting where Biden headed a delegation of Senators and Congressmen
Being the “Senior Senator” - the idiot gave “opening remarks” that stretched 1+ hour, his main purpose was to really just hear himself talk. He literally talked (about nothing) through the entire time allotted to the group for questions and discussion on the issue at hand.
He was an @ss then, and is an @ss now.

Yeah, "dull" as in "not very bright". That man's intellectual firepower combined with his zest for public service should have qualified him for driving the Zamboni at some community ice rink in Delaware. Later, they could have promoted him to the town snowplough. The thought that Obi Won Nairobi picked him for his "foreign relations expertise" is equal parts farcical and terrifying. Any gap-year kid with a Lonely Planet book in her backpack and 20 stamps in her passport has more foreign expertise. Let's face facts, Biden is VP mostly because of the "fat girl friend" phenomenon (he's there to make Obama look good by comparison), and by extension as assassination insurance.
