Victims of YOU and ME, and every Whitey out there. No matter what steps a predominantly white establishment took to secure and guarantee equal civil rights for ALL members of society, it was never enough. Never enough for the Malcom X's, never enough for the NAACP, never enough for the Urban League, and certainly not enough for the liberal media who led with their bleeding hearts, we as a society were taught that inside every white person, there was a Klansman hiding and eager to jump out, that a railroad tie was never 'just' a railroad tie, it was part of a creosote soaked cross waiting to be hoisted on the lawn of a black church, or the yard of a black family, didn't you get the memo? And the greatest lie foisted over these past 50+ years is the mythology that the Democrat Party is somehow the savior of blacks and all minorities when THEY were the ones who started the Klan in the first place, THEY were the ones who were turning fire hoses and police dogs on civil rights marchers in Alabama and elsewhere across the South, THEY were the ones standing in the school house doors refusing to admit black students that sought an equal education with white students, THEY were the ones who filibustered the Civil Rights Act, THEY were the ones who embraced a former Klansman (Robert Byrd of WV) and turned him into a political icon, and of course the Democrats had the audacity and sheer gall to accuse Republicans of being biased towards blacks, women and other minorities.

So when 0bama, Holder et al, push their persistent lies, it is because they themselves have been brainwashed into believing the WORST about America, they look not for our achievements in securing equal rights and civil liberties for all of our citizens, they always look for exceptions they can exploit, and divide us further. Indeed, 0bama and Holder and their crew continue to seek to curtail and limit our freedoms, to muzzle our free speech, to disarm us if at all possible, to impose a permanent and never ending tyranny upon a once free people.

Our ancestors rose up against British tyranny for far fewer reasons that what face us today. But there will be a breaking point, I firmly believe this.

I doubt it. LA's Mayor Tom Bradley retired rather than run for (and lose) re-election after the LA riots. NYC's Mayor David Dinkins lost his re-election bid after the Crown Heights riots. Black political figures are expected to keep the racial peace. Race riots do not count in their favor.

I think you speak to a core issue about Obama and his administration. Conservatives fall into two general groups regarding this:

1. Obama is a complete incompetent and this whole administration is gonna end very, very badly, possibly taking the US down with it.
2. Obama is a master chess player, thinking a hundred moves ahead and all this stuff fits into his master plan.

I’m in group number one. I will add that if it turns out to be number two it means he is the Beast spoken of in Revelation, and God will get directly involved.

But I am in the first group until evidence convinces me otherwise.

The dispatcher gave no "instructions". He simply informed Zimmerman that "we don't need you to do that". Instructions are in the form of an imperative sentence; the dispatcher used a declarative sentence, which simply informed Zimmerman of what the dispatcher didn't need. Apparently, police and 911 dispatchers need refresher courses in clear communication. A 911 call is no place for polite ambiguities.

One has to understand the post-modern worldview that is promulgated by universities and colleges to their sociology, journalism, and liberal arts students. Essentially, post-modernism argues that there is no enduring truth, that objective reality is merely the product of a social construct, and that the narrative is far more relevant the facts.

Some of the facts surrounding the Zimmerman shooting facilitate the narrative that an evil racist shot a innocent black youth. Many other facts strongly argue that this narrative is incorrect. But post-modern journalists and social critics will continue to advance their narrative because, as the post-modern philosopher Michel Foucault put it, “It is meaningless to speak in the name of — or against — Reason, Truth, or Knowledge.” They will only abandon their narrative when they determine that it no longer suits their ends.

And, what are their ends? Their ends vary somewhat, but these post-modern elites all agree that they should be the leaders and opinion-shapers of a collectivist society (a sort of vanguard of the proletariat so to speak) and that individualism is abhorrent.

What a pretzel dance he would have to do on that question!

First, he'd have to dance around the Evolution vs. Creation debate, and what his religious beliefs are.

Next, he'd have to take on the “scientific consensus” issue, which is the heart and soul of so much of the Democrat agenda like Global Warming, etc.

Then, Obama, or his surrogates, would hysterically point out that the only reason this question was asked is because “Obama is Black.”

In America, all lower middle class folk, wanted to become middle class folk, so they worked their butts off to make it to the middle class. Those who made it to the middle class, aspired to become even better off, to make life better for their families, and send their kids to college, so they would do even better than those before them.

Then, many middle class folk, decided to open their own businesses, and undertook all the perils & uncertainties associated with same. Some failed, (God bless em for trying) some became wealthy, and provided good paying jobs to the middle class.

Now we have the “Ruling Class” witnessed by RINOS with huge paychecks, and franking rights. They don’t care a nicklesworth about us, and I suspect they look upon us with distain.....the Trent Lotts...the McConnells, and the crybaby running the House...

My family started out poor....yes, under the poverty rate in 1958. I remember when a box of Sugar Pops, was a cause celebre...My dad was a decorated WW2 Navy Corpsman...my parents got advanced degrees, and worked their way up to upper middle class, by the time I was in high school. That to me, is the American Dream.

According to published reports, President Barak Obama is just 6.25% African Negro.

With a 1/2-African Negro great-grandfather, if there were no other black bloodlines in Zimmerman’s parentage, then Zimmerman is 6.25% African Negro, as well.

That means George Zimmerman is EVERY BIT AS BLACK AS OBAMA!

Maybe Zimmerman should be saying “If I had a son, he might look like Treyvon Martin.”
