You gotta be kitty'ing me!

Well I'm not Kitty'ing here either: Tonight they vote on whether or not to have a local income tax! That's right, in addition to Federal and State.. kind of like BIG cities like NYC do, Concord will vote tonight on the little town having a local income tax. The "rationale" is that it would help "decrease" property taxes. You and I well know, unless it is voted on to REPLACE the property tax, it will be used to MAINTAIN it... and add revenue with income tax.

I am okay with that as long as the cat is strong enough to maintain control of his pet dog on the leash at ALL times. No exceptions.

LOL! (I think you are).

Have you ever tried to secure a cat with a tether of any kind? In my experience, it is a horrific scene. They try and kill themselves by repeatedly and more forcibly running away from the source of the tether. I don't know if a cat can snap it's own neck, but it is painful to watch them try. If you secure a leg.... after a long bout of trying to rip it from their bodies, they'll calmly begin to chew it off. And that's not funny either.

I'm not a cat person, but if you wanted to dispatch the feline, there are more human ways to do it than forcing it to commit suicide.
