Nobody 18 years old should be running for a major statewide office. Minimum age requirement for statewide ought to be 30, same with U.S. Senators. State legislature ought to be 25.

“Just got my absentee ballot for the Wisconsin gubernatorial recall primary. Was surprised to see Arthur Kohl-Riggs running against Walker. Sure hope no one votes for him.”........

Me too!

I have no problem voting for Gov. Walker and no one else should either. He has done soooooooo much to improve Wis. since taking office, to remove him now would be insane”. But then again, there is Madison and Milwaukee where there are a lot of insane people running around loose.

I’d leave it up to the voters. Jason Plummer our legitimate LT Governor elect here in IL (and hopefully soon Congressman from the 12th district) was under 30 when elected IIRC.

Now a MAXIMUM age I could get behind. Or lieu of that mandatory senility tests for anyone over 80.

Interesting story, last year some 11 year old girl won a contest to be “Mayor for a Day” of a small town in Texas. She renamed a street after Justin Bieber.

As for this idiot’s “pro-labor” comment, I may have been pro-labor too back in the bay before labor unions became worse than the robber barons of old that they opposed. And last time I checked GOP is still against slavery. Charlie Rangel and other democrats who have called for mandatory national service are the only ones still for it.
