Everyone knows that by universal usage American means a citizen of the United States. Nobody thinks you're South American if you say you're an American.

Then you’d see the authorities “doing something about it”.
You may have noticed, it's mainly white women with black men. White men are in danger form black men if coupled with a black woman, especially if dating.

What the black agitators and the criminal element within their race fail to understand is simple math:
They are OUTNUMBERED.
If 0bama and Holder get their damn race war (and it looks like they just might), it will divide blacks into two categories:
1.) the law abiding and responsible members of black society who have ALWAYS deplored and condemned violence,
and
2.) the savages who think that a knife, club or a gun gives them superiority in such a race war.
Using even the best possible estimates, the total black population in the United States barely cracks 15 percent, and I’m here to tell you that computes to losing whatever war it is they think they might be fighting, and it also leads to a LOT of dead black criminals in cemeteries.
I remember the riots of the 60’s and specifically the rioting after Martin Luther King was shot, and the bottom line is that blacks LOST that ‘war’, just like they’ll lose another one if they find the ‘nads to actually start it.

True, but they have the most criminals.
And for the most part, their criminals are dumb as a box o’ rocks.
Though it is intimidating to see a close proximity mob armed in such a way. That intimidation factor goes away when someone is far away and high, looking through a scope, with several loaded magazines waiting to be snapped in place.
I am an old crip with audio/video skills, I volunteer to be the decoy.
