Well, independent outside “poll watchers” can not prevent fraud.
The outside Commie poll watchers are there to intimidate
voters.
You could have “official watchers” outside to make sure that every voter that enters has a voter ID, but it would be up to the inside poll WORKERS to compare the ID with voter records to be sure that each and every voter is eligible to vote.
This is why voter ID is so important.
Seriously, though, let’s say a poll watcher sees repeated refusal on the part of a poll worker to check ID, or sees a busload of people unload and a person handing them voter reg cards as the exit. He records this on video. The election goes to the ‘rat. Is anyone going to overturn the election based on the documented fraud?
