For a grated community that had several break-ins why didn’t they install several security cameras with homeowners’ dues.
Because some people think that cameras are an assault to their PRIVACY?
What HOA wants to deal with that?
But, this is the kind of thing that can happen in PUBLIC.
PUBLIC cameras would maybe have settled this already.
