It’s too bad many tuned out. This is quite a good show, imo.

I’ve still got my old bartender’s ear working: I can stand there pretending to listen to total BS all day and never miss a single item on the tab. Right down to the damn pretzels.
Mary has to learn a prime rule of talk broadcasting. Grab your audience right off the bat with some hot stuff. Get the momentum going quickly.
Don't start in with a droning Sunday morning homily on "virtue".....or with Conservative 101 stuff.
Most of Rush's audience is not unsophisticated or politically uneducated. We want some new news, new ideas, new approaches, new analysis......and a little inside D. C. dirt and gossip doesn't hurt, either. LOL.
Well, you get my drift.....I hope Mary reads this. However, she should know all this by now......heaven knows she's been in the communications biz long enough.
