To: SWAMPSNIPER

A) Congress will NEVER get 2/3rds of BOTH houses to approve this. No freakin’ way, with this divided bunch. And ...

B) There is ZERO chance that 38 states (3/4ths) will vote to ratify ANY change to the Bill of Rights.

Now, if Congress proposed a Term Limit Amendment ... or repeal of the 16th and/or 17th ... or a clarification of the Commerce Clause ...
