What I have never understood is what was wrong with Zimmerman asking Trayvon what he was up to. All the kid had to do was explain that he went to 7/11 and was headed home.
“Hey bud, could I ask you what you’re doing in here?”
“Hi, my name is Trayvon. I just went to 7/11 and am now headed home. My dad lives right down there too. Why? What’s up?”
“Well, we’ve had some crimes committed in here, and I’m a neighbood watch guy, and I’m trying to help out.”
“Oh, okay. Well I live at xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. My phone number is xxx xxx xxxx. If you want, you can contact me whenever you like. Catch you later...”
I posted something along the same lines and got hammered for it. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2869597/posts
It was a stupid, sad incident. Two seconds of actual talking and Martin would be alive and Zimmerman would not have taking a life on his conscience.

Doughty, my FRiend, the world you imagine would indeed be a better world. I wish we lived there.
Unfortunately, it ain't reality. A gangsta "no limit" wanna be like Trayyyyyvon would never have done that.
