And the investigator never looked at the medical report?? Zimmerman's attorney already knew that...and even had a copy in hand....Amusing.
Go Perry !!
The detective did say that there was one witness who saw shadows running past the window. Had not heard that before.
Another question.... my understanding was that it was several weeks before the girlfriend came forward. Is that correct?
George is going to be a very rich man before his attorney is through.
So cut it off and RUN TO MEXICO!
(in a really, really funny sort of a way)
The prosecution has already killed their case with their own investigator.
RALF!!!
That is Plan B. Once Zimmer get acquitted the FBI will be swooping in.

Agreed!...The countdown is on. New big screens for everyone tonight! TGIF!
I don’t think he will.
Fisrtly, let me say I’m very happy for Zimmerman’s bail, I think he should have been released with no bail being required, but that’s just me.
Secondly, Zimmerman strikes me as an unusually passive fellow. It seems to me that this whole situation has troubled him greatly. I must say that I am surprised that he apologized to the parents of the thug.
I cannot say that I would have done the same thing at all.
I find myself with a tremendous amount of respect for george Zimmerman.
God Speed, sir.
I think Obama has told Holder to cool it...because it is going to backfire. And people are buying more guns than ever.
On what grounds?
I imagine the family thinks they can do a civil case like the OJ matter. (at least their lawyers)
this is about reversing “stand your ground” tort reform in place. The brady lawyers are salivating.
Great news! Now he just has to steer clear of the nutty Blank (Black) Panthers.
Self defense has ALWAYS been the rule of law.
Sharpton is the first witness for the prosecution?
Pretty standard. A bit on the low side from where I prosecuted in VA (Fairfax County), but certainly within the range. I would have expected $250,000 but, at that level, mostly all the same. It’s only 1st degree that you see the really high bails.
