Grade school classrooms are where liberals troll for sex.
I am hearing that some of the concern was just with the way this particular law was written. There is some component of it that impacts the free speech of 18+ year old former students and ex-teachers, not just 18 year old students and current teachers. Something about prior restraint.
Maybe if the law is narrowed down it will pass?
Dems prefer the crackup for teacher-student sex.

The problem isn’t with the bill, or the way it’s written, it’s the very idea that male teachers can’t have at the young girls ~ just like they could if this whole crowd had stayed in Mexico.
Asking that adults act like adults is just too much I guess.
Of course this admin sends free condoms to 11 year olds, so who knows.

Boy, that ought to give California parents the warm and fuzzies toward Democrats in their state legislature, eh?
The public employee unions own the Democrats.
The Democrat party: The party whose constituency largely consists of
1.criminals large and small,
2. perverts,
3. welfare bums,

5. the timid,
6. the envious,
7. the mentally defective and
8. any and all elements of the population who favor disorder and the general increase in civilizational entropy.
Yesterday they cut off Mark Klass and tossed him out of a hearing. All because Pollys killer has been on death row longer than she lived.
Other states should pass this law. It covers homos talking dirty (sexually grooming) to kids. It would ruin the gay adult/student sex clubs and put legal boundries on “comprehensive” sex education. It would become risky for pervert activists to mess with other people’s children.
In the fight for this law, parents will become aware that the sex activist teachers and politicans want to be allowed to smash mouth their children and diddle them. It will open some eyes.
They have crackdowned for the same reason they don’t want The Ten Commandments in courthouses. It is a list of everything they are doing wrong.

I guess the Dems really value their teacher constituents who want to have sex with their students, especially the mentally ill sex perverts who want to groom the younguns. You'd think that the dems would be ashamed to be so obvious but no, they have no shame.
The wholte article is worth reading, here's one little quote of the dem chairman of the committee who pushed this bill or whatever it is, in connection with the part of the bill:
The chairman of the committee, Tom Ammiano, however, told the Bee that the state needs to protect free speech “even when we don’t like it.”
Assembly Bill 1861 would have made it a felony if any teacher or employee of a public or private school “engages in a sexual relationship or inappropriate communications with a pupil.” Those communications were defined as anything that is “sexual, lewd or lascivious in nature.”

There's no more sense in staying in public schools to help bail them out of the mess they're in than there would have been staying on the Titanic as it was sinking with a bucket brigade thinking you could bail that out and keep her afloat.
When I was in high school my teacher had sex with several of my girlfriends. He taught until he retired. I wonder how many high school girls he "had" before he retired? I hope that somewhere along the way he repented, but I have no idea if he did. That was in the 70s.
