They tried the first couple of days after DADT was lifted. The degenerates were not flocking to the recruiting stations as the LBGQT supporters suggested. Most would not like the environment in the military. They may be able to serve openly but that does not mean acceptance by the majority of the troops. Those thinking it would be a big orgy wouild be in for a rude awaking.
