Karl Rove is Axlegrease’s secret weapon. He (Rove) has put up the weakest GOP candidate possible. Romney’s a complete fraud with zero conservative or even Republican credentials and every voter will know it. And way too much baggage. They’ll never get him through the bible belt. Romney’s toast if he’s the one.
I already voted for Newt!
If you consider Soros and the rest of the OneWorld crew neither foreign nor enemies, that is.

Many of these same folks who are bi*ching about Romney being our potential nominee, actively joined the likes of Politico and other Left-leaning rags in trashing our guys. Now they have the onions to sit here and cast condemnation on those of us who will support Romney if he becomes the nominee. Sorry guys, but when you joined Politco in their trashing of Bachmann and Cain, you helped bring this on.
Hmmm, now what was the famous FReeper line with regards to our earlier nominees? Oh yes, here it is: “They just aren't presidential...they just aren't ready for prime time!”
The press and party elites picked Romney last year. It's his "turn". Just like it was McCains.
I'm late to this thread (traveling today) so maybe someone has already asked on what basis you believe RomneyCare is not Constitutional. (I am referring to RomneyCare as something Massachusetts did to itself, as opposed to Federal legislation.) If so, would you please point me to the reply you gave some time ago, or else briefly state why you think the Constitution prohibits a State from imposing this upon its citizens.

Nice strawman you have there. Who exactly on FreeRepublic are these dastardly cowards? Can you name names? Of course not. Unlike you, we form our opinions from conservative principles, not the flavor of the week. Go back to your RomneyBot echo chamber.
I don't know, but what I do know is that Boehner can work with the democrats, but hates the Tea Party. As soon as those people (who gave him his office) got to town, he set to work marginalizing or coopting them. In between crying spells. McConnell is worse than Boehner, and if our efforts lead to him being the Senate Majority Leader, then we will have wasted our time.
AMEN! historical grasp and historical achievements as Speaker of the House.
AMEN! historical grasp and historical achievements as Speaker of the House.
“Can you name names?”

Can you tell me the basis of referring to me as a “Romneybot” considering my posting history? Of course not. ;-)
When did I call you a RomneyBot?
“When did I call you a RomneyBot?”

Didn't pick him for me, did they pick them for you? Or are you saying the voters are to stupid? How are you going to educate them? Or do you just give up?
Do you expect to ever win an election if you can't overcome the elites and press? How? By re-electing Obama?
The way to gain control of the GOP is to leave it, and have the Republicans who still love their country come join a new conservative party.
A lot of good people are stuck in the RomneyBot echo chamber. We are trying mightily to get them out so they can see the light. But, if you enjoy being in there and absorbing the lies, well...
“None of the above” is quite appropriate for a Republican primary filled with candidates that could not keep their feet out of their mouths. There are a whole lot more reasons why Newt is not an acceptable candidate, not the least of which is his lack of personal integrity. Personally, I would have preferred a brokered convention with a new candidate to any of the candidates I was offered. Sounds like you’ll be voting for Willard this fall.
