Look at part (2) in the summary of the law above. Just giving the sandwich to vote is wrong; it doesn’t have to be, or believed to be, in exchange for a vote for a particular person (that’s part (3)).

Yeah, it is a tighter statute than I am used to. Which is a good thing.

So if you give nursing home residents a free ride to the poll, you would be breaking the law? The ride is something of value.

I really have to laugh thinking about Republicans giving free sandwiches is buying a vote. My bigoted view of Democrats busing in impoverished illegals and giving them free food is comparable to this story? The lily white blond middle-class woman featured in the video just does not fit the image I have of the voter fraud template of Democrats buying votes, busing left-wing students across state lines, and raising the dead.

Oh the hysteria, the hysteria.
