Is it possible that instead of refusing to pay, they may have KILLED a prostitute? What else would require diplomatic intervention?

How about the Secret Service team had been compromised so they had to pull them all out and used a BS excuse about a hooker.

Since nobody, not even the hotel, had the presence of mind to pay the hooker and make this all go away, I think we can infer a setup of some sort.

Maybe there are Breitbarts in Colombia, too.
