what frequently happens in Vegas and many foreign cities is hookers will come on to men that look like they can pay alot in a typical place to meet women, spend the night and then give the bill in the morning. The hookers will say the men were too drunk to recall the price or dont understand the local language and threaten to have a pimp convince them.
These guys would probably not give in and get told on. It could easily be a political sting or a set-up to get US drug forces out of Colombia. Female spies have always been important assets...

The issue is not whether the hookers were legal or not; the issue is not whether the agent or agents refused to pay nor not.
The issue is, if yu are Secret Service YOU DON’T DO ANYTHING to compromise the secuirty of the POTUS.
To become a SS if the pinnacle of a law enforcement career.
Why risk that for some tail you can get when you are off assignment?
That is why this is not passing the smell test.
This is “risky business” and could wind up making you or your partners dead by breaching security, so why would you do that?
Given the poor state of the American media these days, I’ll wait for the real story to emerge.
