That was an adventure. I was driving through Oklahoma City right at the height of last night’s storms.

Was on the 44 when the first tornado touched down south of me. On the 35 when the alerts said mile marker 130 was in effected area (as I drove past mile marker 130). Then on the 40 when the storm was north of me. So basically I snaked my semi around and through the storms.

Overnighted at the Flying J at exit 140. When I got there it was super nice and sunny, just outside the squall line basically. Around midnight it was torrential monsoon type rains. That didn’t help getting a good night’s sleep.

Now I’m in Brownwood TX south of that mess. Seems safe here, pretty windy but not like it was last night.
