I hear you. I've tried to read all the comments while also watching our FReepathon and trying my level to best to keep abreast with my incoming FR mail which has been in overload.

It's the same Grand Old Party Establishment that thinks it can take us for granted again because we rallied around the moderate in '08.

Well, this time if Romney wins the nomination, he's no moderate, and there's no Sarah Palin out there!

SO GOOD to see you. Please don't be a stranger.

I need to leave this thread and see about my duties.

Love prayers, and mega hugs! Tell Quill Pen too.

It’s amazing, because this is what I have tried........

.....first of all, we’re talking about a mouse monoclonal antibody for alpha tubulin, I don’t remember the company anymore, but does it matter? :) Really? For tubulin?

It is odd though, the fact sheet shipped with the antibody did say, according to my notes, it “recognizes the ~60 kDa protein”........the problem is of course, I have either NO signal (which is stupid of course with tubulin) OR, a pretty prominent band at, at MOST, 85 kDa.........even given all that, I’ve tried various secondary antibodies, however, for reasons much too insane to explain here, I”m STUCK with a biotinylated anti rabbit anti mouse antibody..............

........do you see the problem my Free Republican friends? May I end my rant now? I don’t know if I can since this really makes no sense........all of it.......that I get no signal one day and another, signal in a different molecular weight......granted of course, they are different blots but still.....

......we’re TALKING about TUBULIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
