Glenn Beck has been in Texas only a few months, and he's already talking big.
Now, he wants to address America from his own Oval Office.
Lest anyone fear that something has suddenly gone drastically wrong in our country, Beck's Oval Office is a movie set in Irving.

Saying he will "deliver the speeches the president should have delivered," Beck promised to "activate the sleeping giant" of Christian conservatives in America with speeches from his new set on the Studios' Stage A.
Mainly, of course, Beck's goal is to motivate subscribers to pay $9.95 a month for his show, broadcast daily to about 300,000 viewers via computer, iPad, iPhone or other household appliance.

Beck said he hopes to hire 1,000 workers in Irving for an entrepreneurial project.
It's named American Dream Labs.
He's right about the dream part

That’s right. They can make their own decisions and vote however they like, although I wish they would think (and pray) about it. But I’m not going to let someone tell me I should go against what I know God wants of me.
“Beck is a support of Romney, statistics says its so 98% of lds support Romney, I do not for a minute beleive Beck is a 2%er.”
I thought it was 94%. Anyway, I would like to know the percentage of upright and patriotic Mormon support for that other pillar of intellect and integrity, the Honorable Senator Harry Reid.
Wouldn't that be a demotion for you?
Frankly, I don’t what Jesus said or didn’t say, since everything we know about him was written long after he left. In fact, I believe that if Jesus was a wise teacher, whatever words he use about about being “saved” were intended symbolically or metaphorically. To put a finer point on it, I do not believe that a wise and loving “savior” or a wise and loving God would ever condemn people to hell based on some technicality of religious belief. In other words, I do believe that members of all religions can be admitted to heaven.
So, no, Jesus was not a bigot, nor was he dogmatic.
“I do think your heads are going to explode when Palin, Rush, Levin, Savage, Bachmann, Perry, Santorum, Newt, and anyone else you attach your conservatism too, come out and support our nominee.”
I think your head would explode it it ever held an independent or original thought.
How do you know he actually said that? How do you know he meant it in the way you’ve interpreted it?
Totally, completely, one hundred percent false.
DON’T GO THERE!:
Rabies is a deadly virus spread to people from the saliva of infected animals. The rabies virus is usually transmitted through a bite.
Animals most likely to transmit rabies in the United States include bats, coyotes, foxes, raccoons and skunks. In developing countries of Africa and Southeast Asia, stray dogs are the most likely to spread rabies to people.
Once a person begins showing signs and symptoms of rabies, the disease is nearly always fatal. For that reason, anyone who may have a risk of contracting rabies should receive rabies vaccines for protection.

Hate? You sound like a leftwinger. I don’t want to enrich a religion which contradicts Christianity. Sue me.
I will mark you down as a ‘no’, for burning incense before Caesar then.
Well done.
And see my tagline. If it is no big deal to him its no big deal for us, eh? We are who we are.
I heard Beck make fun of Romney frequently. If he was a closet supporter he did a good job hiding it over the last year.
Yep, I did misread the first part. I’ll just say this: if Jesus was divine, God in human form, then I insist that there is no way he would endorse the interpretations of fundamentalists. Why would God create people who were more forgiving, indeed wiser than Him? Any God worthy of worship could never be conceived as one who would throw the most generous, loving, honest, ..., individuals into a flaming pit simply for having not said “Jesus, you are my savior!” The answer is that a wise loving God, a God worthy of worship would not.
Please explain why it is false.
Yep....but he knew to lay low for a time....I hope Newt picks up somehow...we need to see that happen.
I read it’s around 65%
Jesus never condemned anyone to hell. People go there of their own free will, and Jesus provided a choice.
Two thirds support for Reid then.
Bad, but not quite as appalling. Thanks for the answer.
Precisely. And thank you.
Why?
You gave no proof that YOUR assertion was true.
Please explain why it is false. "Frankly, I dont what Jesus said or didnt say, since everything we know about him was written long after he left"
