I couldn’t believe her unprofessionalism. She was like a giddy little girl up there, an obvious sign of pandering. I expected at the minimun, a professionally delivered, serious minded lawyer. Instead, a suck up who is too cowardly to do her job.
I’m glad I’m not the only one who got that impression. You always expect a prosecutor to talk about justice for the victim, but she went way over the edge. She did manage to avoid saying anything directly harmful to Zimmerman, though, so that’s some sign of professionalism.
I also notice women just piling on the makeup to the point that it makes me cringe...both this blousy, homely prosecutor and Trayvon’s “sweet” mother.
That's what I saw as well. Very disappointing. I now refer the her as Angela Nifong
I didn't get to watch her presser, but I just watched Zimmerman's new lawyer. He said he watched her on TV and his view of her was just the opposite of your view. He thought she was very professional.
I thought I was gonna gag when she referred to the Martins as those sweet parents. As a prosecuter, shouldn’t she at least attempt to convey an sense of impartiality?
