“The FL state attorney didnt let the grand jury have a look because they would have taken one look at it and thrown it out because it was so obvious that it was self-defense”
And he has every legal right to force her to take it to a grand jury

If Zimmerman is charged with 2nd-degree murder, can a jury still decide to find him guilty of a lesser charge such as manslaughter?Yes they can return a verdict on a lesser included offense, but I don't expect that to be relevant to this case.
The case will turn entirely on whether Zimmerman was justified in using deadly force to defend himself.
The same justification is equally applicable as a defense to manslaughter as it is to second-degree murder.

No, I think she just got there on the basic (2) section, based on the “depraved mind” language.

How the F can it be 'aggravated stalking' if Zimmerman's gun was concealed and unknown to Trayvon? Besides if Zimmerman retreated back to his truck (WHICH EXPLAINS HOW HE WAS AMBUSHED BY TRAYVON) as ordered to do by the 911 operator, how can that be 'aggravated' stalking? That's a stretch, doncha' think?
Perhaps there needs to be a Federal Law that says it's illegal to watch black people.

We have now descended into the era of mob rule. If you want to know what it’s gong to be like, think Rwanda. And if you dare try to resist, the state will lead you away in handcuffs — before turning your over to the mob.

Obama will want this trial to take place before Election Day! Any smart thinking race-baiter would want to do the same.

this Cory lady is totally on Martins side... Not necessarily. If they don't charge Zimmerman then riots are likely, with innocents hurt and maybe killed. And Zimmerman himself will be a dead man walking, with thousands of street thugs in competition to kill him first (for a HUGE street cred.)
Alternatively, they can charge Zimmerman with murder - a crime that requires intent to kill. Here is what Wikipedia says:
- First Degree Murder is any murder that is willful and premeditated. Felony Murder is typically first degree.
- Second Degree Murder is a murder that is not premeditated or planned in advance.[6]
- Voluntary Manslaughter sometimes called a "Heat of Passion" murder, is any intentional killing that involved no prior intent to kill, and which was committed under such circumstances that would "cause a reasonable person to become emotionally or mentally disturbed." Both this and second degree murder are committed on the spot, but the two differ in the magnitude of the circumstances surrounding the crime. For example, a bar fight that results in death would ordinarily constitute second degree murder. If that same bar fight stemmed from a discovery of infidelity, however, it may be mitigated to voluntary manslaughter.[7]
- Involuntary Manslaughter stems from unintentional, but criminally negligent behavior. A drunk driving-related death is typically involuntary manslaughter. Note that the "unintentional" element here refers to the lack of intent to bring about the death. All three crimes above feature an intent to kill, whereas involuntary manslaughter is "unintentional," because the killer did not intend for a death to result from his intentional actions.[8]
The prosecution would have to prove that Zimmerman had intent to kill. It'd be hard to do, considering that Zimmerman was on the phone with police all the time, and that he didn't know anything about Trayvon, and had no reason whatsoever to kill anyone at all.
If the prosecution fails to prove its case then Zimmerman will be acquitted of the charge. Charging him with a lesser crime is actually more dangerous for Zimmerman. What is certain, though, is that he will be behind bars for a while. The black community will be mollified by the seriousness of the charge. By the trial's time the situation will be more under control.

Zimmerman is not going to be found guilty. Not sure if this ridiculous charge was intentionally meant to fail, but there is absolutely no way they can prove murder nor intent. The fact alone that the Sanford police already investigated Zimmerman and found him innocent is going to ensure his freedom. This whole BS press conference today was just about political grandstanding for those involved.

How do we as whites get organised, get a huge gathering up, ad march and make our demands that blacks stop killing us at app 18:1 and stop committing app 54 rapes a day against whites, many of them savage beyond anything in a civilised society? Are these statistics not enough to get whites to sacrifice a day or two and gather in solidarity for the sake of our chidren and our elderly who are the victims of crimes by blacks in numbers far greater than white on black crime? White on black crime is negigible, almost non-existant. We need to protest the "mahogany mobs" whose first intention is to beat random innocent whites senseless, even unto death. Or play "knockout king" with whites as the targets.
It's bad enough that public school standards and discipline have been destroyed, that standards for law enforcement, firefighters, university, most jobs, and on and on have been lowered. It's bad enough that productive whites in the suburbs pay for the parasites in the inner cities even as they destroy those cities. It's bad enough that they are then given section 8 vouchers so they can bring the "diversity" of their crime, vandalism, parasitism, and general worthlessness to the neighborhoods of those working whites already supporting the, through taxes, until their presence reaches a tipping point and the whites flee even further into the hinterland.
If that's not enough for you, surely the disproportionate murder and rape statistics of whites-it might be your son or daughter next-should make whites take action in gathering as a group to say we will no longer be the willing victims or the penned cattle for others to slaughter and take our produce.
What will it take, if the Knoxvill college couple or the Tulsa elderly couple who were savagely beaten, tortured, raped, and murdered wasn't enough, on top of all the other black on white crime? Have we really degerated as a race to this?

I’m glad I’m not the only one who got that impression. You always expect a prosecutor to talk about justice for the victim, but she went way over the edge. She did manage to avoid saying anything directly harmful to Zimmerman, though, so that’s some sign of professionalism.

Florida has made their choice. Now let’s make ours. BOYCOTT Florida and ALL their products. Marlins and Rays coming to your town? Stay home. 3 or 4 thousand in a MLB park WILL be noticed. Stay away from Disneyland and all other ‘tourist attractions’. Shut them down. Money talks.

This is the first step in the grand design of the upcoming mau mau campaign, inspired by obama and used to such great effect by his cousin odinga in the kenyan Presidential election.
They want all those racist, Honkey Crackers to think twice before committing the hate crime of RWW (Resisting While White).

Either the prosecutor is privy to evidence we have yet to see or this is a miscarriage of justice on the same level as the Duke “rape” case.

Any charge requires mens rea. If he was attacked, there is none. There was no criminal intent on Z’ s part. If I understand correctly, he was in the LEO academy. I still don’t sit in a restaurant with back to the door since then. Identifying criminal behavior is instilled during those three months to the point of paranoia. All cops or potential cops are taught this.
