MIAMI (CBSMiami) – George Zimmerman has been charged with second-degree murder for the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, according to the Associated Press.
Additionally, Zimmerman has been taken into custody, but it hasn’t been revealed where he is being held.
CBSMiami has confirmed that State Attorney Angela Corey, who was appointed as a special prosecutor in the case, will hold an announcement about the charges at 6 p.m. in Jacksonville.

IMHO, it also suggests that Z. was thinking of Trayvon having his home address and maybe making a visit to Z.’s house.
That would indicate that Z. wasn't thinking ahead of time of shooting Trayvon. Hard for a dead fella to come to your house to cause trouble in the future.
I’ve always (”always” - that’s a leap!) that foreigners arriving on International flights were easy pickings since they would not be armed having flown internationally, but that Florida citizens might be carrying and might not be carrying. Thugs just didn’t know whether they were armed or not.
Foreigners would be followed and were easy targets.

Yep, that’s a well documented case about perps down in Dade County (Miami area), that targeted Europeans on international flights (unlikely to be armed) having big families (and much cash) on their way to Disney World. They were afraid the locals would shoot their sorry arses!

I grew up in So-Central Fla 35-40 years ago, and even then we avoided the SE coastal area like the plague...NY yankees (Jewish grifters and Italian mafia), Cuban gangsters, Haitian low-lifes, and the like were a turn off for me!

Florida isn't the only state being ruined by those people...look at North Carolina. Even the formerly conservative Vermont and New Hampshire were turned to the 'dark side' by NY'ers...they are a diseased tumor that is spreading nationwide.

I'm watching CNN for tornado news and they did a promo aboat Bill Cosby. His son was shot by a Ukrainian-like thug in California. His perspective no doubt will be about losing his son. It is what it is.
Saturday Night Live is making fun of Florida including the Marlins guy who luvs Castro, and the Zimmerman case. It’s a funny parody but they are really slamming Florida.
