What, did Apple think that they would be immune from the Fascist in Chief? American businesses, large and small, are the target of this anti-capitalist regime.

Amazing. This has to cause stress for the latte drinking, Apple zealots who tend to support Obama.
And, like the good commies they are, I fully expect Apple employees and executives to support Obama.

remember the story of Obama asking Jobs about bringing his manufacturing back to the US and Jobs tried to give him a lesson in reality?
O really doesn’t like reality

Either Apple did not pay as is the CHICAGO WAY or one of Apple’s competitors paid a whole lot more.

Price fixing is bad because.... OK, I’m at a loss.
I guess there are no alternatives to Apple products.
OTOH, government enforced monopolies, like school prisons and the USPS are good.

The Clinton administration did the same thing for money. Fair share becomes extortion by the government....Jessie Jackson makes a business of this. Holder won't clean up his own department but will like Janet Reno, will carry the water bucket for Obama with no hesitation....he belongs behind bars for his brand of racism, cronyism, and crimes against the citizens of this nation.

Last month there was a discussion of a WSJ article on this:
U.S. Warns Apple, Publishers. That discussion focused on Apple and the publishers allegedly colluding to eliminate Amazon's $9.99 max price on eBooks. One company deciding on prices, even unreasonable ones, is legal. A company colluding with its suppliers to punish a competitor isn't legal.

Disgusting.Really?
You either don't know the details of the case or are indifferent to the reasons price-fixing is illegal in the first place.
Even an idiot in chief and a stopped clock can be "right on" twice a day.
