While we haven't yet been provided the new constitution from South Africa suggested by Justice Ginsberg, our district and federal judges seem to be using the pronouncements of the Red Queen to guide their decisions. The law has become a bad joke with muslim judges citing bad state law (Ankeny) for Constitutional interpretation, and lying to avoid reaching discovery (Carter).

If the public followed the idiocy being dispensed by judges the salaries and benefits to judges would become a good target for the people's house. Unfortunately, since some of us read the Constitution, it isn't possible to diminish their compensation. But this nonsense is not “good behavior,” and that is the constitutional ground for impeaching judges. Of course, like every other term in the Constitution, “good Behavior” is not defined in the Constitution, so we will need to explore the common-law at the time of the framers, or look for precedent. These judges are clearly more afraid of the SEIU (Obama’s army, bigger than the military) than they are of populace they used to serve.

I'm thinking this might bear bitter fruit if it bears any at all, at this point. Especially given the timeframe we're working with between now and November. Still a great longer term goal, presuming the Republic lasts long enough to pursue it.

They're clearly afraid of something, but what that something is, is not clear. And it's not just the judges either. It's virtually everyone who could and should do something about this inside job but instead remain silent, or worse, ridicule those earnestly seeking the truth of matters.
