Here's another certainty for you: in the next four years, Antonin Scalia and Anthony Kennedy will each turn 80 years old. If Obama gets to replace either one of them, a far left-wing Supreme Court will be legislating from the bench for the next 30 years. There are also dozens of appellate court and district court judges that will be filled for life during the next 4 years.
Then there is Obamanation healthcare deform. Unless the Supreme Court throws out the entire monstrosity this summer, the only way to get rid of it will be with a Republican President and a Republican controlled House and Senate. If Obama gets re-elected, he will veto any bill to rescind Obamanation healthcare deform that makes it out of Congress.
A lot of good conservatives refused to vote for McCain in 2008. How's that hopey changey thing been working out for you?
Neither would retire with Obama in office. But, they likely will if Romney is elected. And, if Romney decides to give us another David Souter, will have a left-wing Supreme Court.
I'd rather pray for the health of Scalia and Kennedy than trust Romney to replace either one.
