Why should an American citizen who has done nothing wrong and has not been charged with a crime stay in touch with attorneys?

When you have possible charges (serious charges at that) pending, and when you have people putting a bounty on your head, and broadcast networks slandering you, you better have attorneys.

To quote the article, because there's a bounty on his head. That and the fact that the media has made him a target. Not to mention the Pres saying if he had a son he would look like Treyvon. It all adds up to being in a very dangerous position. He needs an attorney.

Because oftentimes listening to your attorney is the difference between getting charged and not getting charged.

Most people convict themselves based on their statements to police.

Because he’s under investigation. The cops aren’t on your side, the DA isn’t on your side, when they’re investigating something involving you you’d better get SOMEBODY on your side.

So he does not do stupid things such as call the prosecutor or even worse, call Sean Hannity.

Did you get the memo that a Mr. Barack Hussein Obama now occupies the oval office and a Mr. Eric Holder is presently the attorney general?
