Two sources told WFTV on Monday that gunman George Zimmerman could be arrested this week, and that a Grand Jury will not meet on Tuesday.
Zimmerman has been in hiding because of threats, after he shot and killed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. He claims he shot Martin in self-defense.
Jacksonville State Attorney Angela Corey has the sole authority to determine whether Zimmerman will be charged for killing Martin.
Governor Rick Scott put Corey in charge of the case late last month amid concerns that State Attorney Norm Wolflinger wouldn't do a thorough and fair investigation.
"You've got to make sure justice prevails. I'm comfortable that the State Attorney Angela Corey will make that happen," Scott said.
In Florida, first-degree murder cases must be heard by a Grand Jury, which means Corey can only charge Zimmerman with third-degree murder, second-degree or manslaughter.
However, because Zimmerman fired his gun and Martin died, which means Zimmerman could still face life in prison without parole, WFTV found out.
Natalie Jackson is one of the attorneys representing Martin's family and told WFTV she wasn't surprised by Corey's decision.
"We believe justice dictates that he will be charged," said Jackson. "If justice and the procedures were followed, then yes, all of this could've been avoided."

Only in this case I firmly believe the race baiters, Justice Brothers, Van Jones, Obama and even RINO’s, will soon be hoping for the media to say “Reparations, that’ll shut them up!”
Reparations to blacks (redistribution of wealth) is where this is all headed in my opinion.

there is no evidence and the story perfectly fits exactly what Z said happened...
there is no proof of wrong doing...just because a tragedy happened, it doesn't make it a crime ...

Nonsense. Every able-bodied person with two hands and two feet has four deadly weapons at his disposal. I’ve also seen it well demonstrated in martial arts class that skill, speed and will to win outweigh size and physical strength.
TM was very likely in better physical shape than GZ, and was around five inches taller.
I do want justice to prevail in this case - what I don’t want is for the blatant race baiting and disinformation to succeed. If there is a full trial, it will be interesting to see the full facts come out. Maybe we’ll see an apology from Jackson, Sharpton, the media and the other race baiters. Yeah, sure we will...

Yep. Then he will face a civil wrongful death lawsuit where he will likely lose any money he will make for the rest of his life to the Martin family. That double jeopardy loophole in our system is just wrong.

I was surprised Santorum immediately found Zimmerman guilty of murder.
Doesn’t Santorum have better handlers than that? We don’t need anyone else in the White House making snap judgments (acting stupidly) about local matters or any matters actually.
I hope so. I’m afraid he’s going to be a sacrifice to the race baiters out there.
