I think it’s going to come down to not prosecuting because the jury pool is too polluted and a fair trial impossible.

So you are saying that the original decision not to prosecute was corrupt in some way?

There was a prosecutor involved on Day One, and the prosecutor turned Zimmerman loose.

Prosecutors are not in the business of letting guilty people off.

They could try to go to trial... but I believe it will be impossible to seat a fair jury.
