One good Marine is a more worthy American than 1,000 Mike Wallaces will ever be.

All you have to know about Mike Wallace is that when the tables were turned on him, he folded like a cheap lawn chair. Could dish it out, but could not take it in. Sounds like almost every liberal I know.

Since the end of WWII the media has frequently been involved in the promotion of sedition, treason and vice addiction. It invariably promotes the aforementioned under the guise of “objectivity.”

Jennings wasn’t even a US citizen at the time...so it was really a hypothetical.

Damn straight... although I would include airmen, Rangers, Seals, and every veteran who served honorably in the Armed Forces of the United States of America.

Happy Easter.

My Mother taught me that it wasn't nice to speak ill of the dead.

I'll shut up now.

“They’re just journalists, they’re not Americans.”

They’re the official spokepersons for the Dumocraps and enemies of the American people. Even Tecumseh Sherman knew they were enemies of the military he truly wanted them shot on sight.

I watched that exchanged and was outraged at the idea of fellow Americans,by their inaction, killing servicemen that was protecting them.
Pray for Wallace’s family. But Mike should be sent to the firey depth.

When I was in school I watched the PBS round tables. I still remember seeing that particular round table. I was disgusted and I never ever believed a word “American” journalists had to say about any of our military involvements from that day forward. It is amazing how one show colored my view of journalism for the rest of my life. Job well done, Mr. Wallace and Peter Jennings!

Colonel George Connell was a hero to me that day. Shame LSM.

Mike Wallace is a selfish or was a selfish evil little man.

He came to Ramstein AB tears ago, The base commander ordered that NO ONE talk to him.Went down to the BX where he was waiting for an interview. Sat outside, near the entrance of the BX. A crowd formed. It was interesting to watch him there with all these people staring at him, not saying a word.him in his foreign correspondent’s trench coat.

If American citizens who happen to be working on the battlefield as reporters, and decide that it is more important to ‘get the story’, ‘get the footage’, ‘get the pictures’ instead of trying to help or save their fellow Americans, then their families better not bitch and whine when U.S. troops put those traitorous sons o’ bitches right in the cross hairs and blast their asses away with the rest of the enemy forces.

They act so high and mighty about their objectivity. But what about a hypothetical in which they have highly credible evidence of fraud committed by President Obama? Would they come forth with this evidence or would they choose to protect the President? Of course, they would protect.

On the other hand, what if the evidence was against then sitting President Bush? Suddenly, their objectivity and the people’s right to know would win.

This isn’t a hypothetical. History knows it for a fact.

Mike Wallace was a liberal propagandist douchebag who did nothing but damage this country for decades. I don’t mourn his passing. Let him rot in Hell.

Perhaps the logical solution to recognizing "journalists" as "observers with pens" is to strip them of any and all nationalities as well as the perks that go along with such citizenships.

Give them free reign to travel around the world, recording news events and their own island to live on between assignments.......

These two and all the others seem to have taken on the personna of the gods on Mt. Olympus who sat and watched the events of the world...only these posers write about them.

I have been sick all weekend but when I finally was able to poo I swear it looked just like Mike Wallace sitting on the bottom of the bowl. With corn instead of his acne scars. A lot of corn.

Reporters didn't travel with the Japanese during the Bataan death march...

they didn't sit in concentration camps while humans were put in ovens.

And they should not be bunking down with the enemy now. It's not 1968 - folks in the MSM need to grow up...

Can you imagine what would happen to any journalist who tells the American public he could have prevented an ambush of American troops but chose not to just to get a story? Public hanging would be too good for him.
