In it we see in detail how completely the government may control our lives—euphemistically called the “industrial and technological base”—if the president were to declare a national emergency. Much ado about nothing. If Alex Jones is worried about it, I’m not.
By his own words: He will act as he sees fit if Congress won’t. He denies the Court’s power to overturn laws (making one wonder in context about their power to refute his orders). He has declared his power to unilaterally take over the entire economy at any time on a vague pretext. He is arming his personal army (DHS). Vote counting has been outsourced to a foreign private business. The NSA is now monitoring all communications.
Oh sure there are rationalizations for all this - but it still adds up to dictatorship.
May he study well the origins of this country, and it’s still-existing spirit.
In truth Obama is not a legal POTUS be it by birth or cheating to get into office. They have the goods on him and he should be thrown out of office and placed into prison.

For the last couple years, I thought Obamacare was the American equivalent of a certain enabling act of 1933. Wrong. Our version dates from 1950.
This is frightening. However, to think that the guy who can do this is obama, makes is exponentially worse.

What’s frightening to me is how much Congress is willing to go along with all this. Aren’t they supposed to balance and check the Executive Branch?
