"I was treated a lot better in the South than I was ever treated in the North," he said. In his high school, where he was the first, or one of the first, black students, "nobody ever said I was inferior."

“When asked whether he read The New York Times every day, Thomas replied, “Oh, God, no!” “

That is the correct answer. If you are not reporting on media bias, there is no reason to ever read or listen to or watch the NY Times, DC Post, CNN, ABC, CBS and the various NBCs.

I am not reporting on media bias so I very rarely pay any attention to be biased US media.

Thomas, when talking about the grandparents who raised him, said if they were here, he would kiss their feet and thank them.

Obama was reluctantly tolerant of the typical white grandmother who raised him...but wrote an homage to his anti-colonialist alcoholic absentee father.

Win or lose, I look forward to the Constitutional history lesson Clarence Thomas will write as a consequence of the Obamacare lawsuit. Without rancor or hostility, I expect he will smack down 70 years of commerce clause baloney.

Did someone happen to ask Thomas why the Supreme Court was “evading” the eligibility question?

I didn’t think so.
