Yes, and no.

One of them is something like a bolt of lightning, that comes out of nowhere, hits you like a ton of bricks, leaves you stunned and burned to a crisp, wondering what the hell it was and why there's nothing left of you.

And the other is how FreeRepublic suspends or bans wayward members.
