Any American who lives in or near a large city with a significant Black population knows that Black neighborhoods are no go areas for white pedestrians, or for motorists unfortunate enough to break down there. The social pathology in these places just makes them too dangerous. Journalists know this, but will never admit it, another reason to eschew newspapers and avoid network news.
