He voluntarily relinquished his US citizenship to get a scholarship as a foreign student.
You can't have it both ways here. If he accepted the scholarship, he relinquished his citizenship.
End of story.

It is my understanding that Barry Soetoro attended school in the U.S. under a Fulbright Scholarship. These scholarships are only given to FOREIGN nationals; no American citizen may apply.

Does this prove he is not a citizen or does it prove he committed fraud to get a scholarship he wasn’t entitled to?
