Are you kidding? Any investment in your health is the best investment you can make! But for most people keeping good health is not that expensive. Most important is Exercise, even just rapid walking few minutes 4-5 times a week is good start. Next comes moderation in red meat & fat intake, and eating a lot of vegetables and fruits.

You aren’t thinking. Some people go to a doctor for meaningless crap. That’s not investment.
