Pusher prop to avoid asymmetric thrust. The "safe" "H" tail approach make it hard to yaw into a spin. Certainly a decent start in the right direction. My next concern is fuel costs. The book "Stick and Rudder" goes into some nice detail regarding the ideal design for a "safe" to fly plane.
