Friedman is a charlatan if he is saying he can tell if a nose is broken by looking at photos of the back of the head-—or for that matter a grainy photo of a face.
Well, If Zimmerman’s nose was hit hard enough, wouldn’t the image of his nose protrude out the back of his head?
