How did Obama get a law license?
All Law Schools teach within months of Madision V. Marbury the first semster
Where we have three equal Branches of Government and the Supreme Court one job is the judge the constitutional of laws passed and signed by the President. ( No such law was ever passed Roe V. Wade)
Barack was a constitutional professor. Once he has deemed a matter decided, how impudent of a gang of political appointees to imagine they could think better on it.
(Same with Economists, Religious, Civil Libertarians...)
I have been thinking about exactly that. How could any graduate of Harvard Law School be incognizant of judicial review as established in Marbury v. Madison? How could he not remember Marshall's classic formulation of constitutionalism at the end of the decision:
Thus, the particular phraseology of the constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written constitutions, that a law repugnant to the constitution is void, and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.
(My emphasis added.)
And this isn't just some anonymous graduate of Harvard Law: this is a former president of the Harvard Law Review.
And from there, he was allowed to teach legal classes at the University of Chicago's Law School.
The Kenyan Clown is the ultimate result of decades of affirmative action: an incompetent not only in the Oval Office, but even at the very career in which he has enjoyed every advantage.
What an embarrassment to this nation to have such a moron occupy its highest office.
Heck, I learned about Marbury v. Madison when I was in JUNIOR HIGH - back when you were required to pass the Constitution Test in order to get into High School. And, then again, my Junior year in High School when, once again, we had to take and pass the “Constitution Test” (with a score of at least 75% or above) simply to GRADUATE.
Frankly, I think Obama himself (not to mention his supporters) were quite shocked when it turned out that MILLIONS of “stupid Americans” are more aware of what’s in the Constitution and how our system of Government works than our President. I often find it rather amusing when the liberals believe their own propaganda.
I SO wanted to *debate* with a liberal friend of mine from High School who went to UC and took a class taught by Obama last night. Unfortunately, she wouldn’t bite and is remaining silent - as are most of my liberal friends on this subject - because they KNOW they have not a leg to stand on in trying to defend Obama’s idiocy and threats to SCOTUS.
