The ass took an oath to uphold the constitution of the United States on taking office yet he subverts it at every opportunity.
If he doesn't like the rules he should go play dictator somewhere else.

Jeez, it’s not like they’re even looking at the whole 2,000 page monstrosity. They’re only concerned with one little aspect of that entire POS bill and it’s completely precedented.

When Obama orders a Happy Meal it’s “unprecedented”.

It would be unprecedented! It would be the first time the Supreme Court got to turn down a law that is 100% socialist. Never before have the people of this country been treated like Soviet citizens. Let us hope that we will not now. The Supreme Court has it within its power to kill this monstrosity. I hope they do. If not, we have lost our freedom.

This law transforms Americans from citizens to subjects of their government. Damn right that’s “unprecedented”. King George III held that We should remain subjects.....
.King Obama is merely picking up where George dropped the ball. Healing old wounds and all that.

I have to go along with what JVeritas said. Maybe he got word that the ruling is likely to go in his favor and is simply posturing.
It would be a major risk to make such statements only to have the whole situation rise up and smack him in the face.
While he could still do damage, if the nazi-care act is thrown out, his administration will implode within weeks.
