President Obama on Monday issued stern language to the Supreme Court of the United States regarding his health care law, expressing confidence "Obamacare" will not be overturned by the nation's highest court. "I'm confident this will be upheld because it should be upheld," the president said Monday afternoon at a White House press conference that included âªCanadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Mexican President Felipe Calderon, who are attending the North American Leaders' Summit. The president said overturning the law would be "an unprecedented and extraordinary step" and compared the court's rejection of the law to "judicial activism."

It is not judicial activism to make laws conform to the Constitution.
Comparing him to Napoleon gives him way too much credit.
This is what you get when you elect a president who didn’t set foot on the American mainland till he was 18 years old.
Meanwhile, the drumbeat of Dictator Baby-Doc Barack continues to grow louder :
- regulate - control - destroy - Regulate - control - destroy - REgulate - control - destroy - REGulate - control - destroy - REGU
At least Napoleon didn’t sell out France to her enemies unlike the current dictator.

Meanwhile, an all out search for GOP members in the House & Senate proved fruitless.....apparently, there are no survivors.
Actually he needs to remain vocal regarding his complete contempt for the Supreme Court. Every speech should have him with megaphone in hand threatening and scolding SCOTUS for usurping his authority.
This simply could not be working out better. The Thug in Chief is forced to double down on a policy that easily could cost his party for years and years to come. The best thing and smartest thinkg for him to do right now is to shut up and let the Court kill this. If it did, then it woudl remove an issue from the Republican quiver. Instead, even if it is ruled unconstitutional, he looks like the egotistical, moron he is. Perfect!!! Keep talking you beautiful, magnificent, affirmative action gift!!
I didn’t know Napoleon was gay.
Can he be held in contempt of court for his behavior?
I cannot recall any president in history threatening the Supreme Court...This ass clown is incredible!
He knows his stupid healthcare bill his going up in flames. He’s just laying the ground work for mass demonstrations like Occupy Wallstreet...That’s what community organizers do, doncha know.
Their side may not be the only ones itching for mass demonstrations.
Just saying.
After seeing his performance today, I’m awfully curious if someone who worked in his administration, celebrated when the bill was passed and is now involved with the Court gave him a little indication to where the vote was heading.
The more articles on this I read the more I am becoming convinced...
-The Court voted Obamacare down on Friday
-Kagan immediately leaked the info to the WH
-Barry is crapping himself and throwing a temper tantrum
take it easy fubo... this ain’t boehner you’re talking to this time...
Based on his commentary...I’d say it’s a sure bet that the mandatory nature of the law has been tossed out. And I’d say it’s a pretty sure bet that entire law itself has been voted down in a 5-4 straw poll from Friday of last week.
Yes, I’d say that “someone” did come and hint the outcome of the Friday straw poll....mostly because of the extreme language used today. If you notice....every time that he gets pretty angry over something...he lets people know his personal opinion on things in a harsh way.
What he now has to do....is plan the August calendar carefully so that he’s out of town that week when the court decision is rendered.
“Kagan immediately leaked the info to the WH”...
I’m thinking that also as Obama becomes more hostile.
