Israel has been alarmed by what officials determined were leaks by the administration of U.S. President Barack Obama of purported Israeli preparations to attack Iran.
A leading U.S. analyst who returned from talks with the Israeli leadership reported that the Obama administration was accused of staging a campaign to undermine Israel. The analyst, Robert Satloff, said Washington was also blaming Israel for the rise in global crude oil prices, deemed as harming the U.S. economy.

If it is currently politically infeasible for the US Regime to wage overt war with its muslim brotherhood friends against the Israeli enemy, then the next “best” thing is for the regime to simply undermine Israel.
No surprise. Israel must consider that the Obama regime will do anything it can to sabotage an IDF strike against Irananian nuke sites.
When Obama says he’s “got your back” he means he’s getting ready to stick a knife in it.

Azerbaijan would have made a great base of operations for a strike on Iran. They have a big runway in Baku and Israeli fighters would had a straight shot, flying low over the Caspian sea to Tehran where they could be in position to take out government and HQ positions. Now the Iranians will threaten Azerbaijan diplomatically and send up AA units and better radar up north to prevent nay Israeli supriase attack.
Israel will still be an ally of the US, but they will not work with Hussein.
There is simply no way Obama will put his reelection at risk. If a shooting war erupts in the Persian Gulf there is a likelihood that Iranian shore to ship missiles will do great harm to the 5th Fleet. The political consequences would be enormous. Obama will restrain Israel in every manner possible.
Meanwhile Jews in the US support tge Dems by a wide margin. They might as well be voting for the Nazi party. Anyone allowing Iran to get nukes will make the concentration camp collaborators look innocent.

Well, got through. Read article. I believe Obama will try to stop an attack, but if it comes, will have to stand with Israel, even if hesitantly and barely noticeably. He will have little choice if it happens before the election, even though any thing the Repubs say will get slammed as attacking the CiC during wartime or whatever.
Israel may have indeed wanted to use Azerbaijan as disinformation to split Iran’s D. If they wanted a disinfomation campaign to be effective however, the Israelis would have sent information through a back channel to warn the Iranians while sending other agents with the message that an Israeli Azerbaijani alliance was bogus. Now, Iran will make certain that Azerbaijan will not have an Israeli set foot on their territory and plan their defenses accordingly.
I’ve never been able to understand why jewish voters , would support the dims, when they have such visible hatred for Isreal.
