the birth certificate provides:
1. place of birth
2. date of birth

this establishes age along with being born on the soil. the final piece needed is:

3. citizenship of BOTH parents at the time of birth

without #3... any anchor baby could qualify to be president with two mexican parents.

the term ‘natural born citizen’ was well established and recognized around the world at the time of the founders and to today.

if some drooling idiot doesn’t think #3 is required, point them towards the supreme court ruling of minor v happersett in 1874.

It's nice to see the occasional person with the guts to stand up and call out the Manchurian-Kenyan fraud. It's even nicer when it's a state Supreme court justice. The bigger story, though, is how lazy and corrupt the "Fourth Estate" in this country has become. America depends on the free and full exercise of First Amendment rights if it is to survive. The fact that the Democrat "mainstream" newsrooms have gotten away with spiking the real story of this fraud is very, very ominous.

Though the Alabama court denied a a petition filed by Hugh McInnish seeking to require an original copy of Obama’s birth certificate before the sitting president would be allowed on the state’s ballot in November, Justice Tom Parker filed a special, unpublished concurrence in the case arguing that McInnish’s charges of “forgery” were legitimate cause for concern.

Justice Tom Parker is a little late to the party. I wonder where he has been up till now. Obamas false birth cert has been presented in court many times. Mr. Parker's ilk and the entire news machine have done their utmost to contain / kill this amazing story.

We have no idea where Mr. Obama actually comes from, who funded him, what intelligence agencies trained him but his actions to date indicate he deliberately inflicts damage on America while taking human rights and environmental stands.

His agenda is not complete. He has more in store to undermine America. I shudder thinking about the possibilities. Obama should be impeached for his crimes already.

I have always wondered the following about Obama's short and long form certificates:

1. Why did then Senator Obama order a short form in 2007?

2. Why did President Obama order a long form in 2011?

3. What happened to the birth certificate that Obama talked about in one of his books? He wrote that when he was a youngster, he accidentally found his birth certificate along with his school shot documents.

4. Did Obama simply lose his original birth certificate like many of us do?

5. Did the dog eat it?

6. Was his original birth certificate in so bad shape that Obama felt that it was time to get another one?

7. Why did Obama order a short form in 2007, when, at the time, he could easily order a long form?

8. If Obama ordered a long form in 2011 because he lost the one he had, then I wonder how many years passed between the time he lost his long birth certificate and the time he ordered one in 2011.

9. Reporters: Is there a reporter who will have the courage to simply ask candidate Obama why he ordered a short form in 2007 and a long form in 2011? I hope there is.
