I spent very little time in San Angelo but have so many memories. The Honcho was dry and so was the Blood Bank (we were called on a couple of times to donate),, there was a Blue Norther and we ran over Texas Speed Bumps occasionally heading into town to get a beer at a local watering hole with a couple of old ladies who taught us to drink it with Snap-E-Tom. Burritos so hot all you had to do is add an egg to have Huevos Rancheros, Tree Top Airlines where there wasn't a tree in sight the horizon and a dry Tom Greene County where the lights from the adjacent county's liquor stores were brighter than the stars at night deep in the Heart of Texas.
I loved it.
