Politicians protecting illegal aliens. Instead of supporting AZ 1070 the treason lobby is fighting it.

Sanctuary Nation ping

Sanctuary cities are old hat. Nationwide is the way to go.

Retards. they should push to stop illegal immigration in their own state and kick the Feds butt to do the same.

If they like the illegal situation so much that they want to do nothing to suppress it, why complain about getting more of what they obviously support already?

Normal, law abiding, right thinking, conservative Californians want no such thing.

But we’re not represented anymore, and haven’t been for a long time.

Don’t tar ALL Californians with the same brush! Many more Reaganites still here than the press lets on.

In documents filed Tuesday, Harris said the law exceeds state authority, conflicts with national policy and would drive illegal immigrants into other states.

Interesting justification for overturning a law - because it works.

I’m confused. Isn’t the whole reason for California’s sanctuary cities to allow illegal aliens to be there?

California has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Arizona's tough immigration law, saying it would drive illegal immigrants into other states.

thus attesting to the law's efficacy. Meldrim Thompson Jr. would know how to respond to Moonbeam Brown.

Using the same idiotic argument - couldn't high welfare benefit paying States sue another State that wishes to reduce benefits under the rationale that welfare benefit seekers would flee to the other States?

Is not free movement of people between the States - and different laws and circumstances - fifty ‘laboratories of Republic governance’- one of the desired outcomes of having fifty semi-autonomous States?

Wait, I thought California liked illegal aliens so much that they forbid any kind of police-ICE cooperation, e-verify, etc. How very puzzling indeed that they are afraid that more illegals would find their way into California’s “sanctuary cities”.

How was it I just KNEW that my state, The Peoples’ Republic of Massachusetts, would be one of the states frantically seeking to bring other states down to its own level?
The I read the entire article and-—there we were!!

Well then California (its politicians) is just racist not wanting more illegal immigrants! Just declare a few more sanctuary cities, why should it matter if you get them via Arizona or straight from the motherland if you love them so much that you will infringe the rights of citizens, even their right to live, for them?

California and New York-two bullies re:illegal immigration and the Second Amendment.

It was all over the radio newscasts here in AZ yesterday. The number of illegals here has dropped by a couple hundred thousand, and the lament is it’s hurting our economy since all these people aren’t here to buy stuff and contribute to the economy.

Guess they went to Ca to help there instead.

LOL.

That's right; when you have the Orkin Man treat your house for Cockroaches, they scramble to inhabit the next-door neighbor. Tough to get ALL the cockroaches, unless the WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD is fed up with them "squatting", and partaking of "Los Freebies".

A crack in the wall. It sounds like California is becoming tired of being overrun with illegal aliens! LOL! Sorry California! It’s OUR law!

Turn about is fair play... Arizona should ask the U.S. Supreme Court to not only uphold, but insist that CA follow Arizona’s tough immigration law, saying it would drive illegal immigrants back to their home lands.
