Gangsta legislators don gangsta garb. How appropriate. The real shame is they probably represent their constituents very well.
My suggestion for the legislators....wear your hoodies from 10PM to 2PM out on the streets of your district. Just one night. My guess is that none of them have the guts to drive around town for four hours, in their hoodie, and make them seen by their adoring fans at that time day.
